JAK-Z IN AMERICA FER SURRR

Dear Skeleton Kidz,

I know it's been a while since we last updated but it's all cuz we've been mega busy! (I SWEAR)

Let me give ya a lil recap

Had a bunch of amazing shows in November like Shiny Kid's 21st Birthday Party, Dubbel Dutch, & playing on the bumpin back patio while Flosstradamus mixed it up inside

Then we took a break from Oh Pimp for 2 weeks (this is due to us goin home for Thanxgiving to visit the familia & cuz Nat Self came to rock it on a Friday all the way from the LDN!)

But tomorrow, we are back in action!

With our homie Christian Hoff whom y'all may better know as Jak-Z

We brought him from Leeds which is in the United Kingdom & this is his first U.S. show

Make sure you come out early for our favorite girl/boy duo Tummy Toast & Lazy Bass

Be there at 9pm sharp to warm it up with us cuz it's gonna be damn cold

Even tho we are holding down the inside stage of the club y'all

Here's all the info via pimp flyer courtesy of Mat Crossman:

This is an 18+ show y'all & it's a $5 cover for all

So there's no confusion, but it's gonna be bumpin as hell

All the turtles coming outta their shells

Keep yr fucking skullz peeled for the afterparty as well

Which won't be announced til the last minute ^0^

Speaking of Jak-Z

Our homeboi is officially hosting  a bootleg for our page

Which we are posting here for you to get & bump on yr speakers

We at Hype Headz are excited cuz this is the first time we are giving out a track on our blog

So here ya go -

We hope to have a packed club just like it's been the past two weeks, so come out, drink, and jam out!

CATCHIN UP

HYPE HEADZ debuted at Beauty Bar on the 17th, and it was a crazy fun night!

Tummy Toast also performed a 30 minute set that was fucking amazing! She had been practicing the entire week at 606 with the rest of us:

The next night we played a house party for Laresa's birthday. Probably one of the best summer parties! We mixed until 6AM, got all the alcohol we wanted, and got to see all our friends and more people jam out! Everyone looked liked they were having a badass time :]

This past weekend was a lot of fun as well! We attended the Savage party, where people were supposed to wear loincloths and act like wild animals :\ Aside from my purse almost getting stolen right in front of my face, the party was fun :]

Then on Saturday we attended Black&Tan where Ocelot DJed and moved bodies...

It was a nice surprise to see the one and only Johnny Blunt! He is sooooo raddd :]

In other HYPE HEADZ news:

We are in the process of sending off DEEJAY YAYYAY's original trax produced by mAt (Tummy Toast, TOMATO) to Vicious Pop Digital. You can listen to the trax on our myspace.

We are planning a show in San Antonio in two weeks. Our friends Denise and Liz have asked us to play at their house, so we are really excited to pump shit up over in SA. Flyer soon to come.

I am still working on the "Glam Jam" music video. It needs a lot of work, but we are determined to release it by September. There will be a release party, DVD/CD combos, and a Tummy Toast performance, of course!

Keep yr eyes open n keep jammin to the music. Check back for more info this coming week!!!

XOXO
Shiny Kid
